  • Ozark

    Created by Bill Dubuque (“The Accountant,” “The Judge”), this drama series stars Jason Bateman as Marty Byrde, a financial planner who relocates his family from Chicago to a summer resort community in the Ozarks. With wife Wendy and their two kids in tow, Marty is on the move after a money-laundering scheme goes wrong, forcing him to pay off a substantial debt to a Mexican drug lord in order to keep his family safe. While the Byrdes’ fate hangs in the balance, the dire circumstances force the fractured family to reconnect.

  • Evil Dead

    The Evil Dead is a 1981 American supernatural horror film written and directed by Sam Raimi and starring Bruce Campbell.  The film focuses on five college students vacationing in an isolated cabin in a remote wooded area. After they find an audio tape that, when played, releases a legion of demons and spirits, members of the group suffer from demonic possession, leading to increasingly gory mayhem.

    Theatrical film first released in 1981 and readily available on most streaming and renting platforms.

    The cast includes: Bruce Campbell, Ted Raimi, Ellen Sandweiss, Ivan Raimi, Ted Raimi, and more.

  • Locke & Key

    Locke & Key is a graphic novel series that spans 6 collected volumes written by Joe Hill, illustrated by Gabriel Rodríguez, and published by IDW Publishing.  After the murder of their father, the Locke family relocate to the family estate of Keyhouse, located in Lovecraft, Massachusetts.  The kids soon discover a number of mysterious keys throughout Keyhouse that can be used to unlock various doors in magical ways. However, they become aware of a malevolent entity that is also searching for the keys for its own evil purposes.

    The series has won multiple awards including the Eisner Award, British Fantasy, and Horror Comics Awards and has been published and translated in over 30 countries.

    A Netflix series of 10 episodes based on the graphic novels was released in February 2020.
